Cancel Or Change Your Order

• If you would like to cancel your meal, you must notify our office by 1:00 the previous day, and your meal will be cancelled without charge.
• Cancellations for weekend deliveries are to be made by noon on Thursday.
• We deliver on all holidays, but our office is closed. To cancel for a holiday you must call the office by noon the previous business day.
• If you need your meal, but will not be home in time, we can deliver the meal to your neighbor for that day. Call us before 9:45 am to arrange this.
• Except in urgent cases, same day meal cancellations cannot be processed and you will be charged for the meal.
